The 2014 AHSAA Cross Country Championships are scheduled for Saturday at Oakville Indian Mounds Park, near Moulton, with races starting at 8:30 a.m.

The AHSAA cross country championships will be held Saturday at Oakville Indian Mounds

Auburn in Class 7A and UMS-Wright in Class 4A swept the boys and girls sectional at Keisel Park in Auburn, while Beauregard won the Class 5A boys race and Helena took the girls event.

The Florence boys and Muscle Shoals girls came in first in the Class 6A Sectional at Palmer Park, while the Grissom boys and Huntsville girls won the Class 7A Sectional.

In the Class 3A sectional at McFarland Park in Florence, the Lauderdale County boys and Lexington girls finished first, while the West Limestone Boys and Wilson girls won in Class 4A.
