The Alabama State University Cross Country programs are set to compete in their season opener the JSU Struts Opener this Friday, Aug. 29th in Jacksonville, Ala.

ASU's fall athletic programs are in full swing as they enter the first week of September.

The Alabama State University Cross Country held an early Saturday morning time trial session in preparation for their season opener at Jacksonville State on August 29th.

ASU men's and women's cross country had a busy first day for the 2014 season as they have released their schedule as well as held two early practice sessions Thursday.
