KERNERSVILLE, N.C. The Samford University men's and women's cross country teams both provided strong showings at this year's Southern Conference Cross Country Championships. The men ran an 8,000 meter race while the women trekked a 5,000 meter course at the Ivey M. Redmon Sports Complex on Friday, Oct. 31.
