WAVERLY, Iowa—Sophomore Jamal Watkins won his second silver medal of the year this weekend at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship in Waverly, Iowa, placing second in the 200-meter dash. Freshman Cameron Luster also competed, finishing 17th in the triple jump.
