Fresh off a seventh place finish at the Conference USA Championship Meet, the UAB cross country team is set to compete at the NCAA South Regional Championships hosted by Florida State on Friday. The 6K women’s race is slated to begin at 7:30 a.m. CT at Apalachee Regional Park.
